Passage Into Rhythm

The season is turning, and so are we.


On Monday, October 6th, from 7:00–8:30 pm EST, we gather online to honor the movement from one season to the next, from the fire of summer into the grounding energies of fall. This evening is an invitation to attune to your own rhythms, supported by the wisdom of tantric teachings, Ayurvedic practices, and the guidance of cyclical living.

This gathering is an invitation to feel the shift of energy in your body: from the quick spark and bright fire of summer into the slower, steadier warmth of autumn. Together we’ll explore how to keep the embers alive without burning out, how to move from doing it all into nourishing what truly sustains. Through movement, breath, touch, and reflection, we’ll root ourselves in rhythms that carry us into the fall season with steadiness and clarity.

Movements rooted in Tantra’s fluidity help us feel where fire lingers and where grounding is ready to arrive.

Restoring Rhythm

With breath cycles, palming, and self-touch practices inspired by Ayurvedic self-care, we invite the nervous system into regulation.

 

Just as nature softens into fall, we soothe our system into steadiness and recalibration.

Intention & Clarity

Through EFT (tapping), meditation, and journaling, we clear space for new patterns and rhythms.

 

Guided by cyclical living, we draw from the embers of summer’s fire, carrying their warmth into fall as fuel for intention and clarity.
