SPRING PASSAGE

THE INSPIRATION

As spring moves through its full expression, this gathering is an invitation to reconnect to your body, creativity and vitality. Moving with the aliveness of the season alongside other women.

We’ll begin the morning with a guided movement and breath practice to awaken our bodies and tap into a sense of creativity, playfulness, and flow.

The Creative Circle

We’ll then gather around cacao to land and activate our creative journey, beginning with a free writing exploration a space to listen, to reflect, and to give form to what feels ready to expand and take shape as we move toward summer.

From there, we’ll move into a guided hands-on creative moment where we will create an intuitive piece inspired by what is alive in you right now.

This can take the form of a small artwork, a symbolic expression, or a personal creation that you’ll be able to take home as a reminder of your intention for the season ahead.

BRUNCH & CONNECTION

We’ll close our time together with a yummy brunch to nourish our bodies and keep the connection going with simple, easy moments of sharing, laughter, and conversation.

This gathering is open to all women, no experience needed.
